Parker Byrd, a D1 collegiate athlete, approached us with the goal of growing his digital presence and building a brand that extended beyond his personal story. For context, Parker committed to play baseball at East Carolina University in his freshman year of high school, and by the end of his senior season, he was ranked the top shortstop in North Carolina and the 75th-best baseball prospect in the country by Perfect Game. Unfortunately, not long after, Parker was in a boating accident that resulted in an amputation of his leg below the knee. Instead of giving up his baseball career, he set out to defeat the odds and is now the only D1 baseball player competing with a prosthetic, and only the second in history. While Parker had already inspired many through his resilience and journey, his social media lacked a defined strategy and consistent content plan.
