Hailey has set the bar high for not only what working for someone should look like, but also what a company should be. I started working at Power Move Marketing this summer as an intern, and was blown away by not only how much I was learning (which was a lot), but also the workplace environment. Even though everyone works remotely at Power Move Marketing, Hailey has created a sense of camaraderie, which in turn has led to a group of people who are not only fun to work with, but are supportive of one another. Interns at PMM gain valuable, real-world experience by completing tasks that matter and are used by companies-they are not sidelined and given menial jobs. By doing this, Hailey has successfully created the right balance of giving interns the independence and confidence to complete their projects, while also being there to answer any questions and providing supportive feedback. I honestly cannot say enough about Hailey and Power Move Marketing, and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them.

Hailey Brooke is not only the best boss I've had the pleasure to work under, but also is one of the most hardworking, creative, fun and inspiring people I've known! Her entrepreneurial spirit speaks volumes, and she is someone I truly look up to and admire greatly. I started out as a remote blogger for Power Move Marketing, but Hailey quickly saw potential in me and gave me an opportunity to work alongside the marketing internship as well. Then, she offered me a job in a leadership role! One of Hailey's most admirable traits is how she sees potential in every person on the team and her willingness to want to see her employers succeed. She is always a simple text or call away and always has answers and opportunities for every teammate to grow. Especially with my job being remote, Hailey has done a fantastic job of making PMM a remote work family! Not only has she made PMM a successful marketing agency with her skills and work ethic, but she has made PMM a creative, fun, and inviting environment for every member on her team. I could not ask for a better boss!

Hailey is as good as it gets. I have absolutely loved working for Hailey and Power Move Marketing. Her knowledge in the digital marketing and business world is elaborate, yet she is constantly working to further educate not only herself but those around her too. She has the ability to create a work atmosphere where all individuals are constantly challenging, encouraging, and applauding one another. I strongly recommend working with Hailey for numerous reasons, but the primary reason being that she is down to earth, honest, and ambitious with everything that she does.
