New Position Announcement: Business Development Manager at PMM


Overview:
Power Move Marketing (PMM) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in sales and outreach, and wants to grow alongside a fast-paced marketing agency. The Business Development Manager will be pivotal in helping PMM expand by securing new clients through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Outreach:

    • Identify potential clients and perform targeted outreach through cold emails, social media, and professional connections.
    • Leverage personal and professional networks to introduce PMM’s services to a broader audience.
  2. Sales Process:

    • Conduct initial sales calls to understand client needs and present PMM’s value proposition.
    • Send customized proposals and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Foster long-term relationships with prospects and leads, maintaining a database of potential clients.
    • Stay engaged with existing and prospective clients to build trust and drive business.
  4. Strategy & Reporting:

    • Collaborate with the PMM team to refine outreach strategies and share feedback from prospective clients.
    • Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts, meetings, and progress toward targets.

Compensation:
This role is entirely commission-based, allowing you to grow your income as you grow PMM’s client base. You will receive commission on the entire time we retain the client, meaning your earnings compound month over month as you secure more clients.

Example:

  • If you secure a client on a $5,000/month retainer and receive 10% commission, you earn $500 each month the client works with PMM. If you secure 5 such clients, you’d earn $2,500/month—and that’s just the beginning!If you’re ready to make Power Moves with us, let’s talk!

Ideal Candidate:

A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience (preferred but not required).
Comfortable conducting outreach and handling rejection with resilience.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple prospects.
